About Jules
Hi there, my name is Jules Dawson and I’m a full time investor and educator. My ‘work’ takes up an average of only 6 hours a week and my income is derived through trading stock options, self managed investments in the share market, real estate investing and business.
Throughout my years, I have experienced enough poverty to last a lifetime, and have met countless individuals who are caught up in the rat race with no understanding of how to set themselves free. For this purpose, my passion has turned to educating people with my philosophy, or strategy for creating wealth and lifestyle.
Why would I share my knowledge with you?
I knew I had to make my money work for me if I wanted to be financially secure later in life, but each step I took forward seemed to have me working harder to get there.
What eventually drove me to succeed was a strong determination NOT to struggle financially like my parents had, and today I have a wonderful quality of life, thanks to a simple but highly effective investment strategy.
Today I have complete Financial Freedom.
The memory of my first trade using that system is burned into my brain. I made $ 11,877 in a matter of hours! Today, not only do I use this system to fund a very fulfilling lifestyle for myself, my partner Frea and our two children, but many of my students are using that same system to make thousands of dollars each week.
But the real secret to creating financial independence, doesn’t rely on a generous income alone. Although trading Stock Options has provided me with a very healthy income for cash flow, it is the growth assets and wealth assets that have massively accelerated my wealth.
You see, Stock Investing based on Warren Buffett’s famous method of Value Investing, has meant that I only buy stocks and shares in strong companies whose share prices are set for explosive growth. And taking a slightly shorter term view with these investments has allowed me to quickly generate the cash I need for the down payment, or deposit on real estate purchases.
Real Estate Investing has always been a huge passion for me, and after buying my first investment property in 1997, I have continued to grow my property portfolio at a very fast rate, simply by following 9 very simple steps that stack the odds very heavily in my favour.
Rather than save up a deposit to buy a property based on guesswork, the specific real estate investment criteria I follow has allowed me to rapidly grow my portfolio. Today I get a buzz when I hear of my students amazing results after learning this powerful strategy.
